I am sure that some people have used social media as an excuse to detach themselves from the real, offline world but chances are they weren’t very social to begin with. I, myself have used it as an enhancement to my offline world. Social media, be it Facebook, Twitter, the list goes on, is an app for my life. I am able to create stronger more impressionable connections with my friends, accompanied with words and pictures.
